She's actually had all of her "reconstructive" surgery done. The
TT, breast lift, and chin tuck happened almost a year ago. There was a big
article in People magazine around April or May of last year. I too say
good for her!

I looked into this, sense you posed the question. I checked Playboy.com,
Eonline as well as some other inside sources, and I haven't found anything
except what the previous person found on google. Which radio station did
you hear this on? I'm curious to know if she will do it but i don't think
there's an offer on the table just yet. ...aims

My friend said she heard it on Good day Live yesterday.
I'm sure it is true. Good for her.

I saw something about this on Inside Edition last night. Apparently she
said that she'd promised that "after she lost it all, she'd bare it
all" *grin*. YOU GO GIRL!!!

I hope to God she doesn't degrade herself that way. Doing so is just like
saying the only reason she had the surgery was for vanity reasons. WLS will
lose some credibility as being for health reasons, not just to "look
better". Not to mention, part of the reason fat discrimination is
acceptable is because women's bodies are objectified. I will lose all
respect for her if she does this.

I disagree with the previous poster - I will gain respect for her! I think
it is great that she is so comfortable with her body. If someone offered
me the kind of money those models get to take off their clothes.....but
then they wouldn't make that money back on me - lol. I bet if Carnie
poses, they're betting on women buying the magazine as well for that issue.

I hear that on the View on Monday, though I didn't hear a dollar amount.
Personally I wouldn't do it even if I was a size 2 (or a billion dollars)
because that is just not something I believe is appropriate, to me the only
people who should see me naked are my husband and myself. However, if
Carnie feels it is something she wants to do, she should go for it. To
each his/her own.

Well Carnie helped me decide WLS was for ME. I dont like those type of
magazines etc, but since it will create media attention and thus publicize
surgery I think its OK.Hey who can complain about people hearing somethin g
that can SAVE THEIR LIFE! Over 90% of us do this for helth reasons, looking
goods is a side benefit for every post op I know.<P> Last night me
abnd Jen ate out. Split a meal with some left over. The owner asked if the
food was OK. I assured him it was fantastic and that we are oth post ops.
Jen showed our before and after photo. The fellow has a MO friend thats
very ill from weight. We gave im our phone number and the internet address
here. This is reaching out to others. Carnies is a lot more dramatic and
effective:)

I say GO CARNIE! Also wanted to point out -- anyone else notice that the
Name of this Thread isn't "Celebrities" but
"Celebtities"??? Was this an accident? Or does someone out
there have a sly sense of humor? It had me laughing! :)
