Question:
i found a site some place that offered a pamphlet for your pcp for follow up to wls,

i never did recieve the phamlet, it was susppose to have what blood tests should be done and when, for my pcp following wls, anyone have one or know whereit can be obtained?    — janetc00 (posted on December 20, 2002)
