Hi there! I took the Vista Vitamins...They made me feel pretty good, I
felt like they gave me more energy...The only downfall for me is that they
are really pricey. I took one of the packets in the morning &
supplemented with a Flintstone's chewable at night.

I love the convenience of the VistaVitamins. I can slip the packet into my
purse when I'm on the go and know I'm still going to get my vitamins in.
They are easy to swallow, and have everything I need. Just my 2 cents
worth =)!

Hi, I have tried them but I like Isotonix vitamins better. They are
powdered and you mix them with 2 oz of water. They dissolve. I got tired
of stuffing my pouch with vitamins so decided to give them a try! WOW!
They are 100% absorbed too. Barbara Thompson, author of the WLS
book endorses them. I like the antioxidant blend because a good
antioxidant that we can absorb is hard to find. Antioxidants helps
neutralize cell damage which everyone has with aging and just from
day-to-day life. Hey! I want to look 25! LOL! You can find out more
about this at Barbara's website, [email protected] .

Hi I tried the chewable form, I didnt like the taste. However I did switch
to the wellness capsules and liked them. There are two parts to it, one
for the AM and one packet in PM. A total of eight capsules, however you do
not have to take all 4 per packet at the same time you can space them out
if it is too much to take at one time. As for the price they have an auto
ship program that costs $65 for an eight week supply. The customer service
manager Lisa is very nice and helpful. Good luck on your journey.
