What causes a Hyrnia?

Less over time but having had open surgery your at a 30% risk and higher since you already had one if you have had multiple belly surgeries your at greater risk. Note LAP this risk is near zero. Sorry for the bad news.... Theres still probably a 50% chance you wouldnt get another one.
