Both me and jens feet shrank. I am no longer a wide, and about a half size
smaller. Jen went from 7.5 WWW to 6.5 W. This pleases me no end she can now
buy heels that fit! Although she doesnt like spikey ones yet...:(

Every time I ever lost weight I lose at least one shoe size. The last time
was in 98 with phen-fen. I lost 140 and a full shoe size from 10 to 9. I
have a few 91/2 in there to. This time it will be permenant so I will give
my 10's away.

I've thought about this also. My shoe size has gone from a 14 to a 13. I
think the extra size is really due to the extra width needed and not the
length. I didn't really need the smaller size until I had lost about 100
pounds, though.

I have lost 1/2 a shoe size so far. Down 88 pounds, and fitting
comfortably in those heels now!

I've gone from a size 9 to a 7and 1/2. Boy was that a surprise to me and I
love it. I lost it almost at the very beginning of my postop. I believe
alot of it is that I retained water alot. And I believe alot of the loss
was water loss but not all of it. I'm just thrilled with it.

I too have lost shoe size. I went from a 9 1/2 to 10W to a 8 1/2. And
lately those have been feeling kind of loose. I have lost a total of 90
lbs. and I am 8 months out as of friday. Good Luck.

In losing 100 pounds, I have gone from an 8 1/2 (sometimes 9) to a 7. I am
thinking that I may need a narrow width in some brands. I am sure that the
extra weight flattens out your foot somewhat. I always wore a 7 1/2 until I
was pregnant and then my feet got bigger. But now I am back down to where I
should be.
