Question:
Can anyone recommend ....
a few GOOD samples to try from VitaLady? I would like to try some and don't have any idea which would be the best ones? — chatterbox213704 (posted on October 23, 2002)

I got a sample of the ProCel/UpCalD combination and it was OK. It was a
litle milkier than they say on there, but it does not have any flavor. Lots
of nutrients, though. 30 grams of protien, 500 MG of calcium and 400 IU of
Vitamin D. Good stuff.

I use the pro cel and upcal stuff to cook with. It works well for me. I
also got some of the flavored syrups but havent used them yet.

Go to www.protein-solution.com there is a comparison chart of all of the
most popular protein and nutrition supplements available. I take Real
Meals it has 60 grams of protein plus over 40 other vitamins and nutrients.
Including biotin to prevent hair loss and lean muscle stimulators to
prevent sagging skin. So far it has worked for me. I am 5 months post op
down 97.5 pounds (10 pounds from goal). I went from a size 24 to a 8. I
still have all of my hair and no sagging skin. Check out my profile.

Try Designer Whey samples. I have tried many and these are really good. I
have a scoop of the chocolate in a cup of milk each morning with a half
packet of equal. Takes a little time to stir but yummm........tastes just
like chocolate milk. You can also mix it in a blender for more of a milk
shake texture. Designer Whey is the #1 selling protein powder. Comes in
Van., choc., strawberry, and vanilla praline.

HI! I love the pure whey stack in strawberry, and all the proscore 55
flavors. I like thinner shakes, and these aren't too thick. PS try using
a straw at first, that way you don't smell the protein and you get used to
them, then later you don't need the straws. Also true of the davinci
syrups (sugar free, of course!)--add to shakes at first, then if you like,
you can wean yourself off them and go "straight". Good luck!

you should go and email her---she's very very helpful. Tell her what you
are looking for and I'm sure she'll recommend the closest match. Good
luck!
