Cigna PPO and Medicare-Does anyone know if he accepts both?

Hi. I have gotten a couple of emails regarding this doctor. I have talked to his office (Elaine) and she said that I would have to pay $350.00 for consult. That's okay. I have yet to get questionnaire to fill out. My question is....will Cigna PPO (primary) and Medicare (secondary) cover the rest of his fee and Temple Hospital fees too? Thanks everyone.
