Question:
Having a plateau anybody ever tried jogging?
I heard switching your exercise routine around and trying different things will help break a plateau? Is that true and would jogging be a good fat burner? 11wks post/down 82pds,Beth — Elizabeth C. (posted on October 19, 2002)

Elizabeth you are losing incredibly fast....why do you think you must lose
faster? I am just over 10 weeks post now and have lost 63 pounds and
exercise a lot and I figure I have done great even though, obviously, you
have lost even more!

I have to agree with the previous poster. Your weight loss is great! Your
body is probably just taking a short breather to get used to its new size
before carrying on! One of my dreams is to be able to jog someday. If you
can do it now, I'd go for it!
