Deborah, whether your skin will bounce back depends on how heavy you are,
your age, and your genetics. While exercising can help to tighten the
underlying muscles, it is not enough in most cases to combat sagging skin
caused by rapid weight loss. It seems that the light weights, those that
are younger and those with good skin elasticity are the lucky ones.

I am 5'4" and had surgery 10 months ago. I needed to lose 120-125
pounds. Actually, 120 was my goal. I have lost 99 so far. My belly shrunk
pretty good although I DO still have a little pouchiness. Usually a tummy
control panty works fine. I don't exercise but I'm sure if I did some tummy
exercises it would help some. We have to remember that we won't look like
we did when we were younger. I'm 42, and when I was 16 I looked pretty
good. Ahhh........those were the days...........

Hi! In answer to your question, there's no such thing as spot reduction.
If you have saggy wrinkly skin, it will always be there unless you get it
removed. Overall, the amount of sagging you will have depends on age and
how much elasticity your skin has left in it. Unfortunately, if the skin
has gotten to the point of having stretch marks, then the elasticity is
gone and it had to stretch (and therefore make stretch marks) to accomodate
your growth.
