The Bariatric Treatment Center in Wylie, TX accepts United Healthcare. Dr. Leverton and Dr. Capps are the doctors there. I had the surgery on March 19, 2002 and, so far, have had to pay only a few small bills out of pocket. By the way, I've lost 83 pounds. It was rough at first, but now I feel great.
