Hi, just thought you might want to look on vitalady.com, she and her
husband both had WLS, and now she sells all the brands of protein on her
site.

What ever you do, try and find sample packages, because you will try some
that you just can't stand. I bought Designer Whey at GNC and could not
even drink 2 sips....I am still using what the doctor told me to for the
first 6 weeks, Carniation instant breakfast NO SUGAR ADDED with skim milk -
it gives about 18-20 grams of protein for 1 and 1/2 cups. I have heard
that your body can only handle 25 grams at a time anyway....so don't waste
your money on something with more than 25 grams of protein per serving.

Hi, I am almost 9 months out, and I have recently started using, CARB
SOLUTIONS. It has 12 grams of fat ( I don't care to much for that) 20
grams of protein. And I think it is delicious. OPEN RNY -103 lbs

I ordered a bunch of the samples that vitalady sells after I spent $30 on
Designer Whey Vanilla Praline and absolutely hated it. I tried each one on
different days and settled on Isopure Zero Carb Dutch Chocolate.

Hi, just wanted to toss in my 2 cents worth. I agree with Amy, who answered
first.. http://www.vitalady.com is THE BEST place to check things out and
order samples. There are two schools on protein.. the Whey and the Soy.
Most people prefer one over the other. Designer Protein is whey
based..when I first tried it I about gagged. But since surgery my tastes
have changed and I love the chocolate one now! Anywho, Vitalady sells
samples.. order up a bunch of different flavors, then try them one at at
time and keep track of what you like and what you don't. I recall the Pro
Lab banana as being tasty too. I wish you the best of luck in finding a
protein you like. ~Peace
