Could it be that time of the month? As for eating every three hours, My
doc suggests a small meal every 2-3 anyhow. I usually eat a piece of meat.
And a little veggies. Was the chicken legs small? How long did it take
you to eat them?

At 14 months out, I dont think that quanities are high. My doc says that
after a year your stomach reaches max at about 8 ounces... Two legs are
probably 3 ounces at best. It's really important to start amking good
choices. If you can tolerate white meat, eat that instead of the fatty
legs. Try to avoid the pot salad. I think it has up to like 40g fat.
(Unless you make it yourself with lite mayo and such.) As for the seven
pounds, when was thew last time you weighed? Are you retaining water? Is
it that time of the month? You need to look at everything. Good luck!
