I'm in NC, and my plastic surgeon's fee for a panniculectomy was $3000/ armlift surgery was $3200, plus an additional $2000 or so for anesthesia, medications, overnight observation bed in the hospital, etc...

I had a tummy tuck performed in April, along with a hysterectomy. My doctors portion was $3,500. If I had to pay for the entire thing, it would have been about $5,500. I live in Tennessee. I hope this helps.
