Question:
Okay Guys, when is the energy supposed to kick in?

I am nearly 3 months post-op Lap RNY (proximal) down 52 lbs. and still pretty exhausted. I'm not totally wiped out like I was about a month and a half ago, but keep hearing all these stories about high energy levels...    — ZaZa F. (posted on June 2, 2002)

What are you consuming? How much in protein supps? How much in food? What kinds of foods? High sugar foods, like milk, juice, yogurts--all those soft easy foods? Or some protein & veggies, reasonable complex carbs, like nuts, grains, & seeds? WATER? Way more water than you want?

Yeah I hear the stories about all this energy too. Well I'm a year out and I still feel like I've been run over by a truck, eaten by an animal and crapped out. After a year, I'm losing hope.
