Question:
Anyone else experiencing this?
Ive noticed, the last month or so, the deoderant I like and works the best is no longer working for me. Ive gone through 3-4 different ones trying to find one that works, but, to no avail. I was wondering if its just my body building up a tolerance to certain ingredients in them or is this related to my surgery? Do the chemical balances in our bodies change after surgery? Im almost 7 months out, down 77 1/2# and am not in ketosis. Could someone please explain this to me? Any of you - if youve also experienced this and you found a good deoderant that works well and doesnt make you break out, please let me know. Ive always been a very clean person, and having a slight body odor really bothers me. Im not happy at all about this situation. Thanks in advance! God bless you all ~ — Kerry P. I can't help much with your question. I can, however, recommend Degree
deoderant. It is the only deoderant that keeps me from smelling AND
sweating. It is wonderful! =)

I use Degree and Dove...they're my favorite. I did want to tell you that
in some of my health classes (as a child) we were told to continuiously
switch brands of deoderant and shampoo/conditioner. We were told in very
simple terms, the more you use it, the higher the tolerance. Also, you
should find a deodarant that is both an anti-perspirant and a deoderant.
Good Luck!

WoW! I have had the same problem - I agree with the previous posters - Dove
and Degree work fine - Arrid, Ban, Secret and Suave, ones I alternated for
years - don't work anymore! Weird. FOrtunately deodorant is cheap and my
husband isn't picky. He gets the castoffs. I have sensative skin, too, and
Dove is my new favorite.

There a product that is suppose to help stop the actual sweat from
producing. Its called Certain Dry. The manufactures recommend showering at
night then puting it on so it does its job while youre sleeping. Then when
you wake up you can use your regual stuff. To really be effective it takes
a couple times. There is also a prescription drug called Drysol that is
stronger and works on the same idea-stoping the perspiriation not covering
it up. Hope this helps.
