Question:
My friend is interesting in WLS, but has had 2 tripple bypass surgeries

I had a quadruple bypass. Before consultation I had to see my cardiologist for a work up. Then I had to get a letter approving WLS to give to my surgeon. My doctor explained that many folks who have had bypass surgery are in better shape than some who are walking time bombs, who have no idea thay may have cardio vascular disease. Did your friend recover ok from heartbypass surgery? My cardiologist believes that the weight loss just may prevent me from needing a repeat heart bypass on down the road.

I had a triple bypass in 98 and my cardiologist recommended the stomach bypass and so on April 17th 2002 I had it done and I did fine and I'm happy and healthy. Tell her to do it and be free and happyA friend Janet
