Question:
Anyone interested in a WLS Journal?
<scr font color="red">What features would you be interested in seeing included in a WLS Journal, so that you could track your progress post-op? I am putting this together for myself ands one close friend who is considering surgery.
Thanks! — Anna M. (posted on April 25, 2002)

Hi! I would definitely be interested in a post op journal! It would be a
great reminder for me every time I try to cheat. I think it would be nice
to have like pages to paste a picture each month until goal, along with
places to make comments about weight, etc. How about a place to add your
measurements each month? Please email me and let me know how I could
purchase one from you. Thanks!

GREAT IDEA! How about tips and tricks, daily meal planner,
calorie/fat grams/protein grams eaten, plus all the stuff from the previous
poster.

This is a great idea ... like a computer program? If you do something like
this, contact me. I would be interested in purchasing it. Thx.

what about maybe a one line inspirational saying kinda like a
positive pick me up to keep the focus on a bad day or week. Wouldn't have
to be every page
maybe every few. Nice idea!

What a wonderful idea! I am still pre-op but I would love to have a
journal to document my new-life journey. I would suggest taking a look at
the Oprah Winfrey journal. I found that journal to be very inspiring when
I tried her program, I still look back at it from time-to-time and remember
the emotions and the trials I went through, it helped me learn a lot about
my behaviors, and myself. Email me and let me know when you are ready to
sell it, count me in!

I think a good thing to have would be a chart with spots for weekly
measurments of neck, arms, chest, bust, waist, hips, thigh, ankle, wrist,
and of course weight. It is good to track both measurements and weight, as
I hear if one isn't going down the other usually is.
