What are the symptoms of having H. Pylori?

There are no real symptoms if the bacteria is just present in your stomach, but H. pylori is a major cause of gastric ulcers. You could eventually develop ulcers and they cause a burning sensation in the gut, and an intolerance to certain types of food. Hope this helps!
