Question:
What are all of the complications of a large panni?

I know that a large panni can cause back problems and skin issues but what are some of the other problems associated with it? Anything like nerve damage or blood flow issues or something?    — lessofme170 (posted on March 10, 2002)

One other thing I can think of is that if it is very large, it can hang down so far that it makes it harder to walk. Also, if it's large, it can cause balance problems because it moves when you do.

A large panni can also cause leg pain. My panni pinched my femoral nerve at the place where it crosses the pelvis. This caused severe pain down the outer portion of my right thigh.
