Question:
TN - I need a plastic surgeon in Nashville that has worked with insurance approvals!

I am looking for a plastic surgeon to do my abdominoplasty and breast reconstruction. My insurance told me that they would cover anything that my doctor considers medically necessary. I live in Mayfield, Ky, which is about two and a half hours from Nashville, so the only thing I can do is call around. Everytime I call, they just say that insurance does not cover these procedures. Has anyone went to a surgeon in this area that has worked with WLS patients and knows how to deal with insurance to get this covered? I would appreciate any input. Thanks!
