Question:
Does anyone had approval for gastric surgery thru FCHN-Coresource plan?

As of 1/1/02 I have FCHN-Coresource PPO plan, and wondered if anyone has dealt with this plan as far as getting an approval for the Rouen-y gastric bypass surgery? If so, was it a difficult process, how long did it take for a approval or denial and/or were there steps needed in order to get approved. Your response will be very helpful to me.    — beth L. I have Coresource insurance and was approved without any problem. I thought it was taking forever, but it was really only a couple of months and from what others have said, that is not bad at all. Good luck on your journey.
