Question:
I was recently admitted to a psychiatric ward?

my main concern is that I dont see my Dr. till the day before surgery will I be denied now that I have been in a "WARD" I am scared and severely depressed and I found out who my true friends are thu this and I have none, I am sure I will "feel Better" by Jan 22. What should I do, my testing ihas been done and I am a go. I just go in for last min questions before I go in the following morning, and blood drawn again to check my doses of meds. I have had a hospitalization for a suicide attempt prior to my psych eval - I have Bipolar II. Just take your meds and remain stable - you'll be OK

Ypu will be just fine, I have 4 kids widow, divorce twice, a new husband and a crazy ex. PULL IT TOGETHER..

Dear Angel, Its important to get the best care you can. While I have never been in a "ward" as you say my mother has. It was the best thing that ever happened to her, well outside of having me and my sisters. But she really did well, she had been so depressed. I wish you the best of luck in your journey, I am sure you will come out fine! Keep your chin up and know that there are people who love you!

angel, i too was hospitalized with bi-polar disorder. my surgery is set for february 2nd. You will be just fine.
