Question:
Anyone doing Body Flex as your exercise?

Hi, I started doing Body Flex 2 weeks ago, and am pretty happy with the results. I was wondering if anyone out there has been doing Body Flex too, and what your results are/were? Thanks!    — [Anonymous] (posted on November 26, 2001)

11-27-01 I started doing them about 3 yrs. ago I did it for about 5 months and I seen terrific results. Then I stopped doing them ,back then I weighed or got down to 185 lbs.got pregnant ,lost the baby and gained back up to 230 lbs. had weightloss surgery July 6,2001 I'm down to 164 # now and have been dong the Body Flex too and seeing great results again.I've also ordered the advanced workout too.I went to my Dr. the end of Oct. and he said I'm ready for a mini tummy tuck already. One bad thing is I also have a incisional hernia which Dr. said could have come from doing the stomach crunches but I still do all the other exercises though. Another good breathing exercise tape is called oxycise by Jill Johnson they are different as for the way they do their breaths but also good results and only 20 min.to do them,but gives you a little variety too.Good Luck!

What is "Body Flex"? Sounds like something I'd like to try.

I use Oxycise! It's like BodyFlex (I have both) but I prefer Oxycise because it doesn't have as much "snorting". For those interested, you can find out more at http://www.oxyciseplus.com.
