Question:
Pneumonia!?Bowel Obstruction?!

Hey all, okay, I know that pneumonia is caused by fluid in the lungs, but, ....what does that mean, what fluid? and how does it get there? And why have I heard of some people ending up with pneumonia right after surgery?!?! Also, what are the chances of someone getting bowel obstruction, and what is it?
