Question:
Putting myself in the running for gross question of the day.
Several times a week something will decide not to stay down---I may have eaten it successfully a dozen times before. The question is after I have finished tossing all my cookies (so to speak) may I eat something else later in the evening when I feel suddenly famished? — phoebe (posted on October 26, 2001)

I do. I usually wait a few minutes, get a drink. Then when I want to eat,
I stop drinking for about 30 mins and then I eat. I see no harm in it.
I've had fantastic weight loss and I can tolerate almost every food.
good luck

<<Several times a week something will decide not to stay down---I may
have eaten it successfully a dozen times before. >> Given how your
Q&A started out, imagine my relief when the real question was can I eat
something later after I barf? Because I was REALLY grossed out by the
imagined dynamics of having "eaten IT successfully a dozen times
before." How would you eat IT again? Would it be soupy or stinky?

Phoebe, I think Merri's answer was much more gross than your question!!!
(LOL) But seriously, my tummy tells me what I can do. I usually feel like
I need to wait maybe an hour or so, and then go back to something that's
easier on my stomach, like cottage cheese or soup..... or even just water!
