Question:
I am 1 week post op and back in the hospital with a blood clot..

Hi, Angie I also was 1 week post-op and developed blood clots in both legs. Had a filter placed before surgery and was on blood thinners before.(blood clot history). I have spent the last 2 weeks with my feet up and very little walking. Now am somewhat better and trying to walk around the house. Can't weigh in yet as I'm sure I have a lot of fluid and I don't want to get discouraged. I guess it all depends on how bad your clots are as to how long it takes to get better. You're not alone and I wish you well!!!!
