Question:
Has anyone won there appeal thru Blue Cross Blue Sheild?

where do you work, because there are some companies like Walmart that have a BCBS insurance but it really is just having BCBS fill out the paperwork instead. I am having the same problem but i put my govenor on their case but i wont know anything till i see the surgon to get him to state that i need the surgery first, but i am still going to fight, i have written Sally, Oprah, and Montel, also i have contacted all my peers as far as the senators, govenor and congressman, and anyone else that will listen to me. i also have contacted Adult Rehabilitation and they MIGHT pay for the surgery if i cant get my insurance to do so.
