Hi. I can't answer about pregnancy after WLS, as my family has been
complete for a number of years. However, I did have an ectopic pregnancy
with rupture and subsequent removal of my right fallopian tube in October
1982. My youngest son was born in November 1983, so the loss of the
fallopian tube did not slow me down much in getting pregnant. It is
amazing how the human body can compensate for things like that. Good luck
and God bless.

during surg but after that I have had a baby
and then just before i was approved for surg i once again had a tubal preg
but had a misscarriage but you should do fine so go for it i'm only months
out of surg but i plan on trying again when it's safe for me. Good luck

Hi there! I find out I was pregnant 11 months post-op. That was March
2000. I have since had a beautiful baby boy and the pregnancy was went
well. However I gained some weight....I went back to 253, but 5 weeks
after delivery I have lost about 50 pounds so far. I think I should have
weighted until I had my plastic surgery and had been post-op for at least
three of four years...but that's just me. Good luck to you.
