Have you tried any of the sugar free weight gain shakes? My Dad drank this
type of shake when he was sick to keep him from losing any more weight.
Here's an example, although I don't know anything about this particular
product:

The pharmacist use to order my Dad's shakes for him. Maybe they would have
some ideas for you.

Surely you have spoken w/ your surgeon about this. Why hasn't he prescribed
enzymes for you? It is a common remedy for people who go below goal: DS
surgeons temporarily prescribe enzymes to help w/ calorie and nutrient
absorption until the body has time to adapt on its own. I don't know if you
had a RNY and whether you are distal or proximal, but the enzymes would
definitely help you. Ask your surgeon about them.

Your profile says your surgery was distal. HOW distal? What has been your
vitamin, food and protein supplement regimen so far? I hope you don't fall
into the trap of trying to carb it back on, because unfortunately, at the
end is the bounceback and it's possible you can't control the upswing.
Also, sugars make fatty tissue, not the bone and muscle you would want to
put back on as healthy pounds. Have you been given any other feeding
options, such as TPN, because of the (I assume) nausea/vomiting? I totally
uderstand about the 3/4". I am 5'1" AND A QUARTER (and don't you
forget it!), so I can "see" how tiny you are. Perhaps some
concentrated nutrition will stop the loss and send you back up to 105 or
so.

My friend that also had the RNY said that to help you regain weight they
can go back in and go in down your throat with a scope and enlarge the
openings in your pouch to where you can eat more food so you will gain a
little. Maybe you could ask your surgeon or his nurse about this? Hope this
helps.
