Question:
What product is good to help your hair look thicker? I read a post a few days ago

about someone using something called "got2beglued."(?) I think that was the name of it....anyway, it made there hair look thicker. I desperately need some help. I'm already taking Biotin but just need some extra help. Thanks in advance and God BLess..:)    — Myrna E. (posted on February 16, 2004)

The product was Got 2B Glued.........comes in a bright yellow tube and I got mine at Eckerds. It really does help but for me, only if I apply it to damp hair then blow dry my hair. I also use a product called Toppik Hair Fibers that I ordered from www.regrow.com that helps as well but I don't seem to need it now since I'm using the Got 2B Glued.

There are many good volumizing shampoo/conditioner/mousse sets of products on the market right now. I've had fine hair all my life, so I've tried lots of them. My favorite mousse is Redken Guts. I apply that and then with a good round brush, blow my hair dry and I get great lift and volume with that.

I went to the store to find the glue stuff also and found another product. It is Loreal Studio FX Grab Mega Hold (lavender tube). It is like a thick gel and it may be my imagination, but I get a whiff of Elmer's when I squeeze it out! It works well.

I was the original poster that spoke about GOT2bGLUED, My hair was damaged, and the hair folicals were killed leaving my hair thin and unhealthy. I have tried infusium, gels, mouses, they helped a little, but I had just gotten my cut and the girl was applying this stuff and I couldnt bellieve my hair! She said it was a glue, and in the salan the cheepest jar was $15.00, I decided to look for somethng cheeper, and I found GOT2bglued, at walmart,in an orange tube, around $6.00 and they also have GOT2bsqueeky clean, shampoo to remove the glue, it smells like oranges! After my water arobics my hair is damp and sometimes totaly wet. I stand under the dryers and then wet my hands to spike and twist it and it looks great again. I AM ALMOST 5 MONTHS POST OP BUT HAVE HAD THIN/FINE HAIR ALWAYS. I STARTED USING NIOXIN SHAMPOO/COND. YOU CAN GET IT AT MOST SALONS. I LOVE IT. I'VE BEEN USING IT FOR 2 MONTHS NOW & PEOPLE TELL ME ALL THE TIME BY HAIR LOOKS THICKER. THE LADY AT THE SALON SAID THE TRICK IS TO LEAVE THE CONDITIONER ON FOR 3-5 MIN. GIVE IT A TRY, WHAT HAVE YOU GOT TO LOOSE?
