Question:
2nd level appeal at Cigna healthcare

I went through this process but I never made to the actually meeting and I don't think there was ever a meeting scheduled,They just kept telling me I'll be notified well 30passed then 8 more days went by still nothing. The phone rep. said wait ten more days you'll hear something, right! that evening I called the president's office asking to have a way to talk/complain or write him about this stall game, 2 days later I was approved, don't give up shake every tree for the sweetest fruit......approval    — Miss Idell T.
