Question:
can someone give me the number to BCBS

I WOULD LIKE TO CALL THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO AT LEAST SEE IF THEY HAVE RECIEVED MY PAPER WORK, BUT I DONT HAVE A TELEPHONE NUMBER. IF I CAN DO IT ON THE NET WHAT WOULD THE ADDRESS BE. [email protected]    — April P. (posted on August 10, 2001)

I would try bcbs.com or better yet call customer service the number should be on your id card and if you don't have that try your local phone book if the company is local to you or talk to the employer where you got your benefits and get a number. Good luck. Dawn

If you are looking for the phone number for pre-determination or pre-certification I wish all luck! I tried phoning 4 times and never got it. Customer Service only gives out a phone number that was a voice mail, a computer connected number and busy within a 20 minute period of time. Yes, the same number got all three results for me. One might think they do not wish to communicate with the great unwashed public.
