any kind of crackers are good for your surgery because they are considered
crisoy foods and they disolve easily in your pouch. just watch for hi
calorie and fat content like some of the flavored crackers....i am not
really sure about their calories or fat but i eat a lot of saltines, water
crackers and wheat thins.

My dietitian says crackers containing less than 3 grams of fat per serving,
such as melba toast, saltines, and plain graham crackers.
