Question:
Does anyone have a copy of a letter of medical necessity from their nutritionist?

My initial consult is tomorrow morning and the nutritionist I saw last Friday called me today to tell me that she would sign any letter I come up with. I had composed a letter to the insurance co. to send in along with all my other paperwork. She told me she is not a writer and thought I could do a better job!! (weird!) I have no clue as to what to say--Can anyone come to my rescue please??-any help will be MUCH APPRECIATED--thanks from another trained seal jumping through the hoops!!--Karen    — karen D.
