Question:
Has anyone with LaCrosse care plus been turned down?

I have seen that there are a few people that been aproved after first letter,I wonder if anyone has been denied? I am getting nervice because they will send for aproval next month.    — Sue R. T. (posted on July 11, 2001)

I have Greater La Crosse Healthplan Plus but it's administered by a TPA, Custom Benefits Administrators. They denied the initial pre-certification to Mayo Clinic, but I'm appealing. Let's keep each other posted! [email protected]
