Question:
I have two questions about servings?

Does spagetti sauce count as a veggie serving? Does fruit yougurt count as a fruit serving. Does anyone know of a website that would help with this kind of questions? Thank you.    — Will2LoseLydia (posted on June 22, 2001)

I'm not sure about the spaghetti sauce, but I doubt if there is enough fruit in the fruit yogurt to count as a fruit serving. As far as a website, try doing a search under Weight Watchers or a diabetic site. Or try the bookstore under the nutrition section and find a book that lists diabetic exchanges or the Weight Watcher's exchanges.
