You didn't say how you made it that you didn't like it.... I didn't care
much for the PC myself, but I like my ProScore 100 with water & a lot
of ice. However, never make up more whey protein than you can drink in
about 30 minutes, as it loses its integrity and begins to attract bacteria,
even sealed & refrigerated. You can freeze whey proteins, then hit 'em
with a blender again to make 'em fun. But heating destroys most of the
protein content, too. I like to add a few frozen no-sugar-added
raspberries to mine. Strawberries weren't as nummy, to me. Some add peanut
butter or half a banana. One girl told me she had added mango chunks to her
vanilla ProLab. I do use diet root beer with ProBlend 55 vanilla sometimes.
Sugar free latte syrups can make your flavor choices ENDLESS. Coconut +
chocolate gives you a Mounds protein. Caramel + choc = Milky Way--like
that.
