Question:
Is the out of pocket cost high if you use an out of state provider
I have BC/BS Fed Emp insurance. There is one doctor in Nevada that I can't use, because the hospital he use has no contract with my carrier. The dr emailed me that he can't do anything for me and saw no hope with my insurance carrier. I have completed a intro packet with Dr Fobi's clinic in California. Is the out of pocket cost extremely high when you use an out of state/network provider. HELP! Rhonda — R H. (posted on August 9, 2000)
