Question:
Has anybody had WLS using the PBA-adminstered insurance from Lands' End?

I received a letter today from my insurance company telling me I would not be covered for surgery because our policy excludes surgery for obesity and its complications. I need to know if anyone else with this insurance has been approved. Also, any suggestions for appealing this denial would be welcomed.    — Nanette T. (posted on April 27, 2000)
