What about eating sunflower seeds in the shell?

hi, I ate some a couple of weeks ago. I did not have any problems with them. I am now 6 1/2 weeks post op. They sure we good. good luck

Patty, I'm 10 wks post-op and have eaten sunflower seeds occasionally, with no problem. I have to be careful though as I don't want to get in the old habit of "snacking." I save the sunflower seeds for special occasions....like watching Utah Jazz games, then I don't feel so deprived while everyone else is munching on popcorn, nachos & hot dogs.Good Luck....Dani
