Question:
How are henias repaired?

I had a VBG over 13 years ago. I have noticed a small hernia at he top of my incision scar. What is excactly done to repair a hernia? Will it be an out patient procedure? Also My incision runs from the bottom of my breast bone to the top of my belly button. My hernia is at the top. Would I still be a canidate for a tummy tuck?    — Juli T.
