It would completely depend on what you are seeking help for. If you can be
a little more specific, maybe someone can point you in the right direction.

You've had surgery and the insurance company is refusing to pay? Or, are
you looking for alternate ways to have surgery since your insurance won't
pay? I'm not crystal clear on what you are asking. :) If your insurance
company is refusing to pay medical bills associated with a surgery you've
already had, you should have some sort of letter they either sent you or
the surgeon granting approval. I would follow their procedures for
appealing any bills they have not paid up to now. If you are looking for
ways to have surgery and your insurance won't pay, you can check into your
state's rehabilitation services (usually called Rehab Commission or
Vocational Rehab) and get with a case worker to explain your obesity is
causing you great difficulty in finding and maintaining gainful employment.
You can also check into Medicare/Medicaid (if you qualify), low interest
medical loans, or going to Mexico or Spain or Brazil to have surgery. Going
out of the country may sound crazy but lots of people have. Good luck!
