Question:
What happens when you don't stop losing weight after reaching your goal?
I'm curious as to what happens when you continue to lose weight even though you don't want to - you're at your goal or below your "healty targeted weight." I see some AMOS members asking about a revision, is that what a revision is? — Anna M. (posted on December 11, 2004)

Underweight is actually VERY RARE. More frequent is didnt loose enough:(
Now I got underweight after surgery. Heavy exercise gutting a friends fire
damaged home took me from goal mid 190s to 179. They were living with us I
wanted to get them back in their house.

Anyhow when the project ended my weight went back up. Now I fight
regain:( Nearly everyone can stop the loss or gain some by by eating ore
meals and more carbs daily.
Revisions are nrmally done to get more
loss or change from a failed surgery like a VBG to a EBY.

like to gain ten back but can't no matter what i do. i gain three or four
pounds then it falls right back off.

You will stop losing, it is a given. If you fall below goal, don't fret,
most typically bouce back up in a year or so. God knows I did, too much.
