Question:
Trouble eating after almost 4 months?
I seem to have an aversion to food. I get my protein in by shakes, but I don't seem to eat much during the day. By dinner I am turned off by food or the smell of it. I tend to bring the food back up that I eat for dinner. Is it because I am not eating enough during the day? Or is this just something I will get over...my doctor thinks it is an aversion and will work out. — Barbara 1 (posted on August 21, 2004)

you are still not very far out
Don't worry if food stays down during the day hours
I have always had trouble in the evening
it is like my throat closes off
drink your proteins
You seriously do not need more nutrients then the protein drinks
we can live off our fat for months..just joking
you are in the Honeymoon period
it will end
Glorify in this small window of time
be happy to be full
be happy to not want dinner
our mind says dinner
out mouth says dinner
out tummies say NO WAY
it is OK
you will not perish
you will lose more quickly
that is just my humble opinion

I remember my doctor always wanting to make sure that I was eating. When
asked why I remember him telling me that some people can become anorexic.
Maybe you could talk to a nutritionist to make sure.
Thanks G.V.
