I love chicken salad with dill in it. I also put dice dill spears in a lot
of my foods. Hubbie will only eat potatoe salad and mac salad with only
dill in it.

Absolutely... dill is a great seasoning... shrimp salad and tuna salad are
wonderful puree foods. Seasonings can be used as tolerated... I loved spicy
foods and lots of herbs and spices as a pre op and still love them as a
post op. Even early on I was putting little low carb extras into my tuna
and shrimp salad. I cant help it I love to cook! Just throw those cooked
shrimp into the food processor with a small glop of mayo, some of that
fresh dill, salt and pepper and pulse the processor until the salad is
blended but still has a little texture. Same with the tuna salad... adding
a little reserved tuna water or water, to make the salad a little moister
in texture. ciao, Susan Maria www.bariatriceating.com
