What exactly is the protein train?

It is when you go back to the basics of your early diet of mostly protein
foods and low or no carbs. Some people go back to a liquid protein diet,
some do it with food, some do it by mixing both methods. Sometimes when you
hit a plateau it gives your body a jump start. Unfortunately this time it
hasn't worked for me I have had a 6 week plateau and it still shows no
signs of budging.
