Question:
has anyone been denied from United HC EPO? now they want doctor diet history!

I do not have a doctor supervised diet history to give to my insurance company. What do I do to appeal this? HELP!!!    — T. B. (posted on September 3, 2003)

Well I have United HealthCare epo and they took a awhile to appove me about 4 weeks but they didn't request any diets I have been on. I never would go to my docter when I was on on one so it was never documented.

I also have UNC and they are a pain in the butt, and I was also denied they first time but I appealed with a second doctors letter by a different doctor. So the more letters you send them you are better off. So either ask your doctor or get a second opinion from a different Doc and send them a million letters. They will approve it. And just keep calling them.
