Is their a Doctor that will perform Lyposuction on the thighs, and take MO MC+

I am still in my search for an approved doctor that will perform my gastric bypass, but in the mean time, my thighs are killing me! I am looking for help seeking a missouri medicaid approved doctor that will perform some kind of surgery to keep my inner thighs from getting major rashes and boils.
