Hi, If you use Splenda you would mix exactly the same amount as of sugar.
So it depends on how sweet you want it. Follow the packed and substitute
the sugar and you will be fine.

Try mixing it without sugar and when you put it in your glass just add a
sweet an low or equal to taste....or start with 5 per (lg) container and
add to it till it suits your taste buds. Thats what I did to make my decaf
tea by the container / glass. Good luck.

I drink sf koolaid all the time. I use splenda. One cup of splenda to one
packet of koolaid. I only use about 2/3 the amount of water that the
packet calls for. Sometimes just 1/2 the water. I am pre op and I have
been drinking it like this for over a year. I like the variety of all the
different flavors.

You can find SF Koolaid online and buy it that way. This is funny as I sit
here drinking my SF Koolaid tropical punch. I haven't touched Crystal Lite
in over a year. Anyway, go to yahoo.com and just type in sugar free
koolaid in the search field and you'll find a bunch of ways you can order
it online. I tried groceries.com but kept getting an error. Good luck!

If you do what the previous poster suggested, buy regular Kool-Aid and use
Splenda (get the measures-same-as-sugar version so you don't have to open a
lot of little packets), it will taste just like the Kool-Aid of your
childhood! The pre-sweetened sugar-free is ok, but has that Nutrasweet
aftertaste, whereas Splenda takes just like sugar.

Word of caution regarding SPLENDA.

Word of caution regarding SPLENDA. I dump on SPLENDA; however we're all
different and it may not affect you that way post-op.

If you look on the back of the package of sweet n low, it has the amount of
packets, drops or spoonfuls that equal the amount of sugar you are looking
for. Hope this helps.

hi, heres my answer, I go to wal mart and buy their brand of equal, i
thinks its called equate, i make my kool aid in a gallon pitcher, so its 2
packets kool aid and 24 packets sweetner, much cheaper than the
presweetened stuff and i can have any flavor I want

Wow! another desert rat! I don't know if or when you go to "town"
(Riverside/San Berdo) I'm in Lancaster and I've seen it out here. May I
suggest if you have friends coming to visit you have them pick up some for
you? The online site is cool, but this way you'd save on shipping and
handling *wink* Robin [email protected]
