I like the Detour bars at 32g. of protein they have the highest of any I
have found. One bar is a meal at 290cal.

stacey, I have changed my goal weight so many times its not even
funny...The best advice I can give you is to just go where you feel
comfortable at and healthiest at you dont want to go by a chart because if
you ask me they are totally unrealistic....go by your instincts...i bet you
look great now congrats on your success!!!

The best I can tell you is that your BMI has dropped 23.6 points...Great
Job...You did not say what percentage you expect to lose or what you wanted
to lose. The charts say you should weight 122...If you expect to lose 65%
of your weight that would be 138 lbs in 12-18 months. If you expected to
lose 75% then it would be 160 lbs within 12 - 18 months...you can watch
this by going to the gallery on this site and click on weight chart. Be
proud of what you have done and keep up the good work...Congradulatons!!!

I asked this question at my post op appt yesterday with my surgeon. He
said the chart says I should weigh 105. I am 5"1' also. I started at
228. I am expected to lose 75% of my excess weight.(that means 75% of all
over 105. That puts my goal weight at 132. I will be satisfied with 150
tho. Hope this helps. The previous poster weight of 125 for you is wrong.
unless it is the high side.
